We live in a world of increasing diversity, where people of different genders, religions and social backgrounds have to interact and work together. To be able to understand each other and cooperate in a fruitful way, we must be aware of our own values and norms, and understand how they affect our behaviour. This workshop is designed for individuals who want to improve their interpersonal skills with regard to diversity and inclusion.

The participants will learn:

-How we are programmed/socialised to assume, value and behave according to the accepted norms of the society

-How we can resist stereotypical behaviour and limit the effects of our explicit and implicit bias.

-How we can discuss explicit and implicit bias, exclusion and inclusion with other people.

After the workshop, participants will have an understanding to deal with a diverse group of people and participate in a more inclusive and effective cooperation with all kinds of people.
